The golden fruit that kills cancer!


A recent study done on fruits and diseases has found out Ceylon olive (Elaeocarpus Serratus) as the no.1 fruit that can eliminate cancer. Also it has special qualities to cure diabetes as well. In this article we thought of discussing the qualities of Ceylon olive.

              Ceylon olive consists of vitamin C, iron, minerals, fiber, antioxidants and power of immunization. Once ripped it has taste and qualities of a tasty grape. Ceylon olive has strong power of detoxification. It has ability to develop glutathione component that helps on detoxification process. 

              Roots, seeds and leaves of Ceylon olive are used as medicine. It has fats that prevent damage to heart’s valves and arteries. Like it prevents heart attacks, Ceylon oil consist of component call polyphenol that can prevent cancers of stomach, large intestine and breasts. It also has the ability to power up pancreas to control diabetics. 

             In indigenous “Hela” medicine Ceylon olive considered as fruit with exceptional properties to control diabetics. Continuously eating moderately bitter “veralu” with high fiber and low carbohydrate will eliminate diabetics. A good result can be obtained by eating 15 ripped Ceylon olives each day for two weeks. 

               Components in Ceylon olive help to control high blood pressure and cholesterol. Ceylon olive can heal joint pains as it acts as a pain killer. This fruit can be given to pregnant women to relieve symptoms of nausea. It is also respond against women diseases, worm infections, dental issues, constipation and swelling.  

                It has good qualities against skin diseases. Funguses that arise between the fingers of foot and the itchiness can be healed by applying juice of Ceylon olive’s leaves. This can also be used to treat skin conditions like eczema. It can clear spots and marks in skin making skin glow.

               The juice of leaves can also be used to treat dandruff. Washing off head after a massage with leaves’ juice will help to reduce dandruff. By taking a shower from the boiled water of this leaves will help to grow a thick and strong hair.

                 “Veralu” is used to make herbal medicines for diseases like joint pains, skin conditions, diarrhea, antihistamine and mental conditions. It is said that Ceylon olive is used in bandage that put to treat mental patients. Therefore not only body, Ceylon olive heal mind as well.

                  Raw “veralu” is used to make pickle while ripped ones are smashed and eaten with bee honey and or kitul treacle. Ceylon olive is not good for people with gastritis. It can also cause sore throat and heat rash on some people.
